There is no denying that I have always had a prejudice against VISTA. Luxury but unfamiliar interface, unfamiliar style, UAC warnings that always pop up.

But when the news of WINDOWS 7 was constantly heard, I decided to take advantage of the east wind of replacing the hard drive and give VISTA a break (it can be said to say goodbye to VISTA on its deathbed).

The VISTA HOME Premium that comes standard on this notebook definitely doesn't catch my eye. The Ultimate version is the king. It seems that VISTA is really unpopular. After a long time, I made a D version of Vista Ultimate. When I installed it, it was still the so-called simplified version. The functions are complete, but the Media Center has been streamlined. Without the Media Center, it would be a waste of my original MCE remote control. Moreover, the activation method of VistaLoader is very annoying (a row of English appears when launching). So it took a night to drag back an HP OEM version.

The big size of 4G multi-ISO is different. Machines with VISTA standard are automatically activated, and the patch upgrade is normal. Open Media Center and use the remote control to direct two small movies. It was quite good. It should be much better to connect the TV and lie in bed. Install IIS7, Adobe CS3 and common tools, and everything works fine. Compatibility is good. However, it is said that installing VS2005 is a bit costly. Not only is the installation slow, but it also takes several hours to apply two patches. I don't have time, so I'll leave it alone.

I used it for two days and felt good. The style is still being adapted, but it is not as bad as imagined. Some parts are more humane. The boot speed is comparable to that of XP in applications, but it takes up too much. Only a 25G C drive will be activated, leaving only more than 4G points left.

CorelDraw 12 cannot be installed, and it cannot be opened even if it is installed. It was replaced by CorelDraw X3 and installed normally (except that the path in the user document could not be recognized).
