Integrate SP2 into the WINXP installation disk

1. Create two directories on the hard disk: C:\WINXP and C:\SP2 (you can also use them on other disks)
2. COPY all files and directories on the XP installation disk to C:\WINXP
3. Open the downloaded SP2 installation file XPSP2.EXE with WINRAR, and extract it all to C:\SP2 (you can right-click the file and select "Open with WINRAR"). The unlocked directory should contain the UPDATE directory.
4. Go to the DOS command line, go to the C:\SP2\i386\UPDATE directory, and execute UPDATE. EXE/HELP to get its parameters. There is an integrate in it and we use it to integrate sp2.
5. Execute the command in the directory where UPDATE.EXE is located, according to the directory created in this example.
The command line should look like this: C: \SP2\i386\UPDATE\UPDATE.EXE/integrate:C:\WINXP
You will see the progress bar of the upgrade. At this time, the program is updating the WinXP installation files in the C:\WINXP directory. After completion, the files in the WINXP directory will be the integrated SP2 installation files.
6. You can use UltraISO to extract boot files from CD/DVD (extract them from winXP bootable optical discs), and then load the extracted boot files into the produced ISO to make CD-bootable ISO files, and then carve them into discs for use.
