Recently, at the beginning of this project, I was forced by the time to be in urgent need. The leader asked me to take charge of it, hoping to complete the whole project successfully.

So the plan was made at the beginning, and now it is progressing step by step according to the plan.

In fact, the roles played before are different due to the nature of the work and some objective reasons. On the other hand, for some reasons of their own, although they have performed fairly well in terms of technology and personal work completion, they have not made any achievements in leading the team. At present, this stage is a process of tearing growth.

A person with good communication skills, for a person in the team leadership is also very good.

It's very important to have a peaceful attitude when communicating with others. In terms of leading the team, we should convince the following people, which is more conducive to the growth of the team. Let a lot of different types of people play happily together, need to master more things. At the same time, I also found my own deficiencies in some aspects.
