Recently developed a key PHP installation environment, the need to test all systems. Ubuntu 16/18/19, after installation Debian 8/9 PPA, is the highest version of PHP PHP 7.4. CentOS 6/7 install third-party software source epel-release, the highest version PHP for PHP 7.3.

tested, PHP execution speed 7.4 to about PHP 1.8 to 2 times 7.3; execution speed of the PHP 7.4 is about PHP 10 times 5.3; execution speed of the PHP 7.4 is about 5 times more PHP 5.5 is, PHP speed 7.0,7.1,7.2,7.3 little difference.

Ubuntu 12/14, Debian 7, CentOS 5, have been unable to install PHP 7. These older systems comes PHP 5.1 ~ 5.3, PHP speed is about 7.4 PHP 10 ~ 10 5.1 ~ 5.3 times.
